Autobackup makes a copy of your modified files each day into a separate folder.
You create a list of paths to check, and each day when the program runs it makes a backup copy of all files in those paths which have been modified since the last backup.

It has three main timing modes:
Manual Mode (Acts as a standard stopwatch);
Timer Mode (count for a fixed amount of time...like an egg timer);
Alarm Clock Mode (timer will count until a preset time of day).
