SmartBoardXP, by Oakley Data Services, is a nifty program for expanding the capabilities of the Windows clipboard. As soon as you fire it you see that this program has some really unique and impressive features. To begin with it stays completely hidden until you need it. There's no icon in the system tray and even when the program is active it doesn't take up a lot of space. But when you need it, it can be easily activated with a hot key or mouse movement. Very slick! And, once loaded the program will capture everything you copy or cut while using Windows. That makes it great for both personal or business use.
SmartBoardXP is great for managing data that you use frequently. It's also excellent for copying text from one application and then pasting it into another application later. When you've got SmartBoardXP loaded, you don't have to worry about anything you clip disappearing on you! Another neat feature is that you can create categories to keep specific clips items in. So, for example, you could have a category for home-related items -- address, phone numbers, and the like. And at the same time, you could have categories for business-related items like credit card numbers, account numbers, and anything else you use frequently. You can easily keep all the items you use most when you're online right within the program. Then, when you need to fill out a form, it's right there. SmartBoardXP also has speech as a very cool feature. That's right, you can have the program "read" clips to you and that's very slick. At the same time the program can also spell check any item that you've clipped, which can be
very handy indeed. If you want, you can also rearrange of reformat text and lay it out in a whole new way from how it was when you copied it. Very nicely done!

At the same time it lets you make categories so you can keep all related clips together. You can reformat the things you copy and lots, lots more. SmartBoardXP also has a powerful scripting capability so you can even create your own functions using VBScript, Perl, Python, and others. The program is powerful yet also very easy-to-use and that makes it perfect for both new and experienced users. So, if you're looking for a program to give more functionality to the Windows clipboard, take a good look at SmartBoardXP. I think you'll like! Well done!
X2Net BrowserPal, by X2Net Limited, is a very cool tool that helps you keep track of passwords, login names, and much, much, more. What's very neat about this program is that it become part of the toolbar in Internet Explorer. So, when you're surfing the Internet it can be right there, waiting in the wings. You can create folders for different items or categories. So, you can keep all your credit card information in one section, your banking info in another section, and so on. And the program is totally secure. It's also very cool to work with! For example, I'd entered a bunch of usernames and passwords into the program. I went to my online banking site and all I had to do was drag over my sign-in information and drop it! Yep, that was it. I was viewing my online account and I hadn't had to type a thing. Very slick. And, if that was all that X2Net BrowserPal did, I'd be done -- but there's more!
X2Net BrowserPal has a very intuitive interface. It works very much like Windows Explorer so it's extremely easy-to-use. You can move things around within the program just by dragging and dropping. Create folders and organize things exactly the way you want. And this built-in ease-of-use makes it perfect for storing that information you need to use when you're on the World Wide Web. Another really neat feature is that X2Net BrowserPal has a backup and restore function built right in! Wow! That's a terrific feature and you can even set it to backup automatically if you wish. The program lets you print your entries, either in whole or in part, and you can also export all your data to a comma-delimited (CSV) format file. Very slick! Earlier I said that your data was totally secure and I should elaborate on that. Your data is encrypted using 256-key encryption, so it's very secure. And, on top of that, you can password protect the entire program so only you have access! And if all this weren't enoug

X2Net BrowserPal, by X2Net Limited, is a powerful little tool that's a real help when you're surfing the Internet. At a time when more and more sites are asking you to "Sign In!" it can be a huge help. The program is intuitive and very easy-to-use. The data you enter into it is securely encrypted and can even be protected with a password. And nothing could be easier than simply dragging your logon information from X2Net BrowserPal to a Web page and dropping it! Your data can be printed, exported, and arranged exactly the way you want. So, if you're being weighed-down by all the usernames, passwords, account numbers, and more that are required on the 'net, check out X2Net BrowserPal!! Really excellent -- I recommend it!
Personal Document Organizer, by Insoft Technologies, Inc., is a perfect tool for organizing all of the miscellaneous "stuff" that you have on your computer. You can use it to gain quick access to files, documents, and lots more. At the same time, the program also includes a "ToDo" function along with a reminder feature. The entire program is set up using the classic "filing cabinet" approach, and I think that makes it easy-to-use. For one, it helps you to categorize all of the data that's floating around on your computer. Put it in a structure that makes sense to you and everything will be easier to find!
Personal Document Organizer lets you assign keywords to each of the items you categorize and that makes it easy to find things. The programs search function is quite powerful and helps you to retrieve the things you've catalogued. What I thought was a very cool feature is the ability to categorize things that aren't on your hard disk! That's right, Personal Document Organizer can also categorize things that you put on CD, ZIP disk, and more. Very slick! And the program will tell you which media it needs you to load in order to produce the item you've asked for. That's another good reason to label things like CDs and ZIP disks. The program also comes in three (3) different versions -- the full Personal Document Organizer version as well as a Basic and a Lite version. That means you can get the version that meets your needs.
Personal Document Organizer, by Insoft Technologies, Inc., is a powerful tool for managing all of the "content" that makes it's way onto your computer. Whether it's documents, email, Web links, pictures, or any number of other things, PDO can handle it. At the same time, it makes it easy for you to find things, even when you may have moved them off to removable media like ZIP disks or CDs. The program is easy-to-use and comes in several versions to meet your personal needs. So, if you're getting buried under all the "stuff" that's on your PC, take a good look at Personal Document Organizer! You may just find it's the solution to your problems!
