PayWindow Payroll System, by ZPay Payroll Systems, Inc., is a high-powered payroll program without the high-powered price. The original program that became PayWindow, ZPay Payroll, came out over 20 years ago! And this is a great program for doing a payroll. You don't even need to be an accountant to understand it. It's easy to do a payroll based on any period you like including salary, commission, and hourly. You can even pay people who aren't regular "employees". And it's so fast and easy-to-use. With PayWindow you can do all the things you'd expect to do with a first-class payroll system. That's right -- figure out payroll, print your checks, and even do forms like W-2, 1099, and more!
PayWindow Payroll System is very intuitive and extremely easy-to-use. The built-in online help is excellent and guides you through any questions you might have. One very cool feature is the tax tables. What is so neat about a tax table? Well, in this case, the fact that you can edit the tax tables yourself!! Very slick. And also a real cash savings when you figure what some companies charge you just for tax table updates! So, you get editable State and Federal tax tables. You also have the ability to print out a wide-range of reports. Among the reports available you'll find reports for cost accounting, employer's totals, wage reports by month, quarter, and year-to-date. It even prints out a form 941, your tax liability report, payroll history reports, and more!
PayWindow Payroll System by ZPay Payroll Systems, Inc., is the real deal. It has all of the features anyone could want in an efficient payroll system. The ability to do payroll, editable State and Federal tax tables, the ability to handle a variety of payroll schedules, and more. It prints all the reports anyone could want, along with things like W-2 and Form 941! It's all here in one neat, easy-to-use and easy-to-understand package. PayWindow Payroll System is a full-featured payroll program that is bound to suit your needs. It's been around for over 20 years and it has a reputation for reliability!
So, if you're looking for a way to do your payroll, you need to take a look at this product. You want find anything better and I like it so well I'm giving it the designation of being a Dr. File Finder Favorite! You want to do payroll, use this! I give it my highest recommendation!
AI RoboForm, by Siber Systems, is a nifty little utility that can be used to fill in forms on the Internet. It can also handle all of your passwords. It's one of those programs that I started using in self-defense! That's right, the number of forms on the Internet got to be just too much. Everyone and their brother wants you to "sign in" or "Logon" or "Register" for an account. I got a little tired of typing my name repeatedly, along with my address and phone, etc. Ahh, but with AI RoboForm there's no more of that. When I installed it I had it put a couple of handy buttons right in the toolbar of Internet Explorer. One button handles "Identities" and that's where you can enter all your information. And, as the title implies, it also lets you maintain different identities on one computer. One for yourself, one for your wife. Slick!
AI RoboForm lets you put in exactly the information you want. You can go so far as to include a credit card number, but you don't have to. Enter all the things you want -- name, email address, phone, cell phone, fax, Social Security number -- but the key is you decide what goes in your 'identity.' Then, when you encounter a from that needs filling, just click the "Fill Form" button. Viola! It's filled! Very cool and it's become a program that I won't be without! At the same time the program also can manage all the passwords you need for various Web sites. It can create what the program calls "PassCards" for each site. And, the program will even offer to automatically fill in passwords when you arrive at a site. Very nicely done!
AI RoboForm, by Siber Systems, is a great solution to the ever-increasing Internet phenomenon called forms! It keeps all of the information you want it to and it keeps it right on your computer. It makes it a snap to fill in any kind of form you encounter, inserting exactly the information you want. And, with the ability to create multiple identities, several people can enjoy the convenience of using the program. At the same time, it also manages all of your passwords with handy PassCards that are totally secure. So, if you're tired of filling in forms and remembering passwords, this is a program you need to try for yourself. Excellent!
Citation, by askSam Systems and Oberon, is a writing tool that is intuitive and very easy-to-use. And it's a program that's absolutely wonderful for students and anyone doing research. Citation is a really exciting add-on to Microsoft Word or WordPerfect for those writing research papers. My wife is in graduate school and she used Citation to greatly simplify the process of organizing all of the bibliographic information she gathered for various papers. And the program makes it really easy for you to record your notes as well. A great way to track your notes and even document your sources. Very slick!
Citation helps you compile bibliographic information from magazine articles, books, and the like. And one of it's really nifty features is that it can put your information in a particular style! Anyone who's in school knows how fussy some instructors can be about using the "approved" bibliography style. And, Citation supports over 1,000+ different reference styles including popular ones like Chicago, MLA, and Bluebook. The program properly formats all of your references and to me that means you can pay more attention to writing your paper. Each reference is contained in a "note card" and you can quickly sort your notes by subject -- very cool!
Citation, by askSam Systems and Oberon, is a powerful add-on for MS Word and WordPerfect. It's a tool that's easy-to-use and very intuitive. Anyone who's doing papers, and especially research, is going to want to check it out. It supports a huge number of reference styles including all of the most popular ones. It prompts you for all the important tidbits you need to enter and is extremely intuitive to use.
So, if you're a student and doing research papers, this is a program you'll want to look at! It's one of the slickest Word add-ons for writers that I've seen -- and Mrs. File Finder agrees. Give it a try, I recommend it!
