3DNA Desktop, by 3DNA Corp., is quite simply, amazing. Oh, the creators call it a "desktop enhancer" and I suppose that's accurate, but it's also amazing! The first time I fired it up it was like my "desktop" had become another world, and it had. The screenshot is a picture of my actual desktop using a "world" called "The Loft". And even the loft comes in several different versions with a regular, a modern, and a classic variety. And what makes this so cool! Well, the fact that you desktop become three dimensional. It's not flat anymore, it's a loft! And you can move around it, go look out the windows, and even climb the stairs and shoot some hoops. And if you don't believe me, check it out for yourself.

3DNA Desktop has different sections for applications, browser, media, games, etc. The program automatically scans your hard drive and put up some program links to start you off. And, you can add more links to all of your favorite applications as well. The items in the "room" serve a function like they would in real life. Click on a calculator and the calculator will appear. The clock on the desk shows the correct date and time. Very slick. Heck, you can even "hang" pictures of your friends and family on the walls! Remember the first time you ever played a first-person shooter? Like Doom? This is like that and it will blow you away. You can pick from different worlds -- a Villa, a Base station, a Loft. You can pick from a variety of skies .. mountain, ocean, desert, arctic .. quite an assortment. And in the full version, the "sky" will change based on the time of day!! Like I said initially, amazing. Just pick a world and make it your own ... add the things you like, the programs you want access to, the folders you want to get to, and so on. And with a mouse click you can be back to your dull, regular, desktop if need to be.

3DNA Desktop, by 3DNA Corp, is a powerful enhancement to your Windows desktop. Be sure to pay attention to the special system requirements under "Please Note" above. The program is easy-to-use and very intuitive. And what it does to your desktop is something really wonderful. I've looked at a lot of programs for enhancing and improving the Windows desktop, and this is the best I've seen from both a conceptual and functional point-of-view. And I've said before that after 21 years of evaluating software I don't get impressed easily, but 3DNA Desktop impressed me! So much so that I'm also making it a Dr. File Finder Favorite and that's a first for a product I've just recently seen. So, if you have the system requirement, you owe it to yourself to give this a try. Excellent!
