It's excellent for sending out update notices, newsletters, church bulletins, and lots more. Each and every message can be personalized because the program lets you insert variables into your messages. That means you can include things like the persons first name, address, phone number, and lots more. This helps to make your messages really personal. At the same time the program keeps everyones information private and that's important. The program can also handle bounced messages and can verify all of your recipients. Very nicely done!

With Group Mail, you can maintain and manage as many recipient lists as you want. Easily add, edit, and delete names. You can even import new recipients from a file, the Windows clipboard, or even an address book. And the program makes it easy-to-do! Very slick! I personally use Group Mail Pro to do all of the notification messages for the Shareware Industry Awards nominations and voting. It works like a charm! I use it right from my own desktop, but you can also use Group Mail with a dedicated email server. That gives you real flexibility. And talking about flexibility, Group Mail is simply loaded with other cool features. Just a few of them include the ability to send SMS text messages, send messages in almost any language, support for subscriptions and removals, and lot, lots, more.

It manages your messages, your recipient lists, keeps logs of its activity, and so much more. There are plug-ins and add-ons available that even extend what the program can do. And, while this version is free, there are a Pro and Plus version that can do even more! Over the years I've looked at, and used, a lot of bulk email programs and Group Mail is the best I've seen.
