VGALIB03 enables the user to write windowing software under DOS with the Fitted Software Tools Modula-2 compiler. It is written in both Modula-2 and INLINE assembly language. It comes with full source code in FST Modula-2 format. Special requirements: FST Modula-2 compiler. Changes: The PlotText routine now plots characters with colors.
