Programming Tips & Tricks is a free digital magazine for low-level programming mostly using assembly language, but also in Pascal and 'C'. The magazine is presented as a self-contained viewer that runs under DOS. Issue 005 starts a tutorial for programming using ModeX, and includes an update on the 16K-Game contest, and articles on unusual assembly commands, the sieve of Eratosthenes, and on size optimization.
