Textboard v1.0 is a text editor designed for educational facilities,
such as schools, to use, i.e., for 'teachers' (or whoever the
instructor figure may be) to give to their 'students' (or whatever
group the pupil figure may be). Textboard's features are unique for
this purpose. At startup, students are prompted for a name which,
along with the time and date, will identify them on a printout.
Teacher/Adminstrator options are are also available (and password
protected), where copying and pasting can be enabled/disabled, and more
settings can be set.
Special requirements: Visual Basic 5 runtime files (available from
Simtel.Net as vb500a.zip).
