This book is a spoken Chinese textbook intended for beginners learning Chinese as a foreign language. The purpose we name the book Lu is the compilers want to find out a way to help learners acquire basic spoken Chinese. Each lesson consists of typical sentence patterns, text, new words, comprehensive exercises and so on. The two volumes have more than 30 functional items of communication, approximately 900 new words, more than 100 basic language points and notes about useful words and expressions.
