Description by Publisher
Problems In Logic is a program designed to exercise the problem solving
abilities of students in grades 5 and up. In order to successfully
complete these problems, the student must use analytic and fact
comparison skills. They are challenged to solve a puzzle using only a
few clues provided. In order to arrive at the correct answer, they must
constantly cross reference the clues and compare them with data they
gather as they proceed. The program gives them five chances to solve
the puzzle before giving the correct answer.
The top ten scores (points are awarded based on how many attempts it
takes for a student to complete a puzzle) are saved in a 'Hall of Fame'
and each student's progress is tracked so they can do some problems one
day and come back another to pick up where they left off.
This program may be run from diskette or copied to a hard disk.
This program is a demonstration version of the registered programs
Problems In Logic Volumes 1 & 2. It works exactly like the full versions
with the exception that it only has 4 example problems (2 from Volume 1
and 2 from Volume 2.)
