laptop. The program can track stats for twelve players per team. With
two clicks of the mouse the stat is entered for the player. You simply
click once on the players name and once on the stat he did. Instantly
totals for the player, quarter and game are updated. If the stat was a
shooting stat, the shooting percentage for the player and the team for
the quarter and for the game are instantly calculated and displayed.
Upon registering you can save your teams data and print it.
Statkeeper can serve as a teaching tool. The coach needs only to show
the team the printout and there can be no argument with the stats in
black and white. A second program is offered. It is a shot chart
program. If you decide to track only one team's stats you can run the
shot chart at the same time you are tracking the regular stats. To
track both team's stats and both team's shot charts, use two laptops,
one with Statkeeper and shot chart and another laptop for opponent
Statkeeper and shot chart. This program is ideal for coaches,
scorebook keepers, announcers, broadcasters and fans.
