Digital Camera Enhancer does the hard job of noise reducing and automatic balance control for you. The program works best if you have bad light condition (indoor, shadows etc.). DCEnhancer also includes a noise reduction and skin smoothing algorithm to further improve your digital photos. It makes DCE ideal for making cool portraits and close-ups. Special requirements: None. Changes: Saves JPG in nonprogressive format, lets user choose the compression ratio, displays name of the file in the title bar. dcenha11.zip has replaced dcenhanc.zip. Freeware.
