dBTAB v1.11 is a software designed to convert a DBF file to an ASCII
file. It can be used to produce text files with fields delimited by TAB
(ASCII #9) characters; these text files can be imported into a word
processor's documents and then converted into tables using features
included in all the major word-processing programs. The dBTAB's user
interface is command-line oriented and requires very few resources to
run. dBTAB's output can be customized using a user defined mask supplied
on the command line. The user can choose to include in the ASCII report
only a subset of the DBF's fields. Dates can be included in the report
using the four digits year format, avoiding the well known 'Year 2000'
problem. dBTAB may filter out records marked as 'deleted'.
