Converts Lotus Files to ASCII Format (or DOS Text File Format). It is also reported to convert VP Planner, Works, & a very occasional Quattro. ASCII stands for the "American Standard Code for Information Interchange" and is considered a standard format which almost all PC programs will recognize/read (certainly all word processors).
