CWeb v1.0 is a web browser that supports skins, which are a way to change the appearance of the program. CWeb skins change the look of the CWeb toolbar buttons. The browser in CWeb is really Internet Explorer...so you will need IE 3.0 or later in order to run CWeb. Special requirements: VB 5 runtime files; IE 3 or later (the 32-bit version for Win 95/98/NT).
