GuiBox is console application for representing and obtaining data from and to console. It's main advantages are lot of parameters, so you can customize dialogs depending on situation and small size (~70KB). It has several interface modes:
edit - dialog for text input (multi line edit (memo) is supported)
combo - dialog with combo box
msg - for message output
dir - to retrieve directory paths
thinger - to announce message from the tray
list - very customizable list which can also simulate group of radio or check boxes
Transparency, position, size and other visual elements can be adjust via command line arguments. You can also send commands to running instances of GuiBox to control them at run time
