This small program allows you to read WebPages created in Russian (KOI8-R) or Ukrainian (KOI8-U) encoding without any problems. KOI8-U Ext. Pack does not modify any of your system files, it's completely safe for use on Win 2000/XP If you are using any version of KOI8-R Ext pack do not remove it and you will save yourself much time. This version has been developed for Win2000/XP. Solves KOI8-R problems by adding necessary fonts and keyboard layout(s) to your system. Compatible with RFC 1489 and RFC-1489
