SockTest v1.4 is Freeware and lets you exercise Sockets (winsock) on any port. You can Ping, Finger, get Web pages source and more. Extensive help is provided on Web Forms and creating POST scripts to extract Web content. SockTest is for Win 95/98/NT. VC 6 source is included - copyrighted but free to use.
