Create, edit and convert Windows animated cursors with AniTuner. Animated cursors are animated mouse pointers stored in .ani files that can replace the default arrow cursor under Microsoft Windows.
AniTuner makes the creation and edition of these animated cursors easy: everyone can create his/her own animated cursors in a snap.
