Features  Ease of use  Stability	2xExplorer is really a very nice free file manager with lots of basic features. But it is no longer in development to keep up with current tech. (The author has declared it to be "officially dead".) The panoply of buttons is a bit confusing but the rudimentary help file permits figuring out what most of them do. This was my favorite dual pane file manager until I met its "big brother" (xplorerB2) which has twice as many features for advanced file management.

Features  Ease of use  Stability	If you deal with a lot of images, plugins, tubs, and bits & pieces - you'll just love this program! 2 panes that snap you back to where you were in the file tree (invaluable!) Drag & drop from zip files, New File name by clicking on the path at the top of the window and probably a lot more features I haven't discovered yet! What a great program!

Features  Ease of use  Stability	My most frequently used program. Dual panes makes copy and move easy. It remembers last directory opened. All softwaer that installs context menus in Explorer appear in context hear, e.g., extension changer, zip, etc. It has a way to memorize favorite folders--5 of them. You pull down menu and select one. All drives appear in left in simple icons. It opens much faster than explorer. It has a "new file" feature that defaults to a text file, so you can drop a text file in fast into a directory to leave info on contents. You can use it to synch panes, which otherwise you need a separate program to do. It tells you the size of folders. It is all purpose and flawless.

Features  Ease of use  Stability	excellent file management software, easy to use, much better as compared to Windows Explorer.. have been using it for the last 6 months now, very satisfied with it.
