The Weather Forecaster v2.0 is a short-term local forecast calculator. After answering several questions regarding the current conditions, a brief forecast can be obtained. Some conditions the Weather Forecaster asks for include the barometer reading, humidity, wind direction, and the amount of cloudiness. Special requirements: Visual Basic 5.0 Runtime Module (available from Simtel.Net as vb500a.zip). Changes: Now a 32-bit program for Windows 9x (and now also works under NT); GUI enhancements.
