webScroller v1.22 is a scrolling banner creation applet for web
authoring/design/publishing. It has many features such as multiple
in-line multi-directional scrolling images, text, links - all have there
own embedded URLs for linking to. Other features include audio support,
image and text overlays, control panels and much more. New features are
added on user requests (usually in 1-7 days) and registered users will
receive free lifetime upgrades and product input and free support.
webScroller is totally cross platform - all that is needed to use it is
a Java enabled browser.
Special requirements: Java capable web browser.
