The Bulk Email Companion is a standalone application which extends to users of Outlook 2000, a sophisticated Bulk Email capability beyond that of normal distribution lists. The Bulk Email Companion allows one to create targeted lists based upon a specific set of user defined criteria. Import, Export and Extract email addresses from messages. Automatically parse incoming/existing messages. Send Bulk Email using mail merge features. Read, Compose, Reply To, and Forward messages using the same screens as in Outlook 2000. Drag and drop messages on to Bulk Mail folders to quickly add the addresses. Move messages to different folders just as in Outlook 2000. Apply Action Profiles to messages to automate their processing. Define custom fields that are associated with each address. Works in conjunction with Outlook 2000 and thus Outlook 2000 is required.
