Estimating and quotation software for construction related works ranging from house extensions to factory units. It is intended for use by small contractors working on relatively low value projects. This is not a heavyweight estimating package and does not include any sophisticated features such as paper trails, auditing, digitizer support etc. Features have been traded for simplicity which has inevitably resulted in the software being a compromise in its usability and the options available. However, it does include an Item Library containing material, labour, sub contractor etc. rates, these may be modified by the user to suit their particular requirements.
