Make text files called "mappers" in which pairs of strings are listed. Then TransPad lets you autocomplete search it for a string to copy and paste into your application (wordprocessor or email) or to run or open a file if the string is the path. TransPad also can transform a text (file or clipboard) according to the mapper: it replaces all the strings by the paired ones, which is a kind of translation or encryption.
