Description by publisher

converts text files to or from DOS, UNIX, and Macintosh file formats
simply by changing the end-of-line characters in the file. Once
installed, ToX will appear on the context menu that appears when you
right click on a file. ToX can act on groups of selected files as well
as recursively on directories. Target files are moved to the Recycle Bin
before they are replaced by converted files.
