Description by publisher

adding/subtracting the bytes of another file on your hard drive along
with an optional value. Since you can use any file on your hard drive
(that will not change over time) to encrypt a file and each file is
different, you have a wide selection of encryption keys. Knowing
the encryption method is little help without the original file. This
encryption method makes encrypted files not mathmatically decypherable.
Though perhaps a little user unfriendly and a pretty simple encryption
method, it is straight forward to use and free to use and distribute.
