The program add sound effects to some keyboard buttons in any applications as like as ICQ Messenger. The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar. You can turn on/off sounding by double click on the icon. There is a local volume control that allows you to change the volume level of the sound irrespective of the system settings. All the sounds (namely, 3) are kept in separate wav-files. Therefore, it's very simple to replace any sound.
