Belltech ScreenSmart is a windows screen capture application that can capture any part of your computer screen and then can edit it in many ways. It has several tools like pen, line, arrow, eraser, circle, rectangle and text for convenient image editing. It can save the captured and edited image in popular image formats, send it directly via email or copy the image to clipboard for pasting to other applications.

The default hotkeys are:
-Ctrl + F10 -- for capturing any rectangular area
-Ctrl + F11 -- for capturing the desktop
-Ctrl + F12 -- for capturing the active window
This means, you can hit Ctrl + F11(press Alt key and then press F11) from any where to capture the desktop.
