Infomodul presents special software application "Infomodul Real Estates" intended for real estates agents which helps systematization and organization of data, enables fast access to information and provides all-in-one-place towards their clients.
Application users can access the system from few locations to the same data base and can use all entered data. Data are entered only once (e.g. once entered city is later chosen from list)
Software application is user friendly, simple to use, and all data have same access regarding real estates, photos, clients etc.
During program operating all data are historized in the way to ensure traceability by the time and user so it can help to control agents work.
Real estates data are divided in basic categories. Every category can be subdivided in the number of subcategories depending on user needs. Real estate can be described with in advance determined characteristics or special characteristics created by user itself.
Client data contain basic information`s (phone, fax, e-mail ...) and buyer data contain record of offers and contacts (e.g. from first phone call to closed deal of selling) made especially for certain buyer.
There is also a possibility of records of visits of real estates regarding either real estate or buyer.
Software application offers records on offers, requirements, contracts and bills, list of contracts with real estate owners.
Requirements consist of criteria which real estate needs to fulfill, like type of object, location, price... After criteria selection software application automatically list all suitable items, so this makes easier for buyer to decide, and agent can instantly make an offer for specified real estate.
Also during realization of selling of real estate, agent can issue the bill regarding that particular object.
Picture management is also very simple. User selects photo taken after field visit, and simply join it to real estate file. During adding photos, they are automatically being optimized and ready for publishing on web page of the real estate agency.
With every data listing (real estates, owners, offers...) is a data filter for searching. Depending on type of search, there is a filter with different criteria.
Program installed locally on one computer in the agency, can be connected with Internet pages of the agency, and selected real estate can be simply uploaded to the web page. Agent itself can edit web page on real estates.
"Infomodul real estates" business software application is multilingual and can be adjusted to the user language. For now we have software options on croatian, english, german, italian and can easily be adjusted to other languages if necessary.
