OpusFlow Disclaimer for Outlook� is a tool to automatically add a company disclaimer and logo to every message you send from Outlook�. You don't need Exchange or any other mail server to add the disclaimer because it is a client-based tool.
However you can administer the settings with one central ini-file for everyone in your company and Exchange mailbox properties can be used in the text. This way you make sure that everyone uses the same central stored disclaimer, Company Logo, signature and layout for every e-mail they send.
