The Personal Editor 32 program is a powerful 32 bit ascii file editor with a console interface, very similar to the Dos IBM Personal Editor. This program maintain the same interface and the same profile file syntax of the old editor, use a complete 32 bit core and expand all functions available removing all DOS limitations.
