NETCheck is a utility that .NET developers can use within their own application to verify if the required version of the .NET framework is installed and allow the user to download it. NETCheck is command-line driven and launches just before running your own executable. If .NET is not installed, NETCheck will notify the user that he needs to download it before continuing. Otherwise, NETCheck launches your own executable.
