This enhanced PostScript export library replaces the original library in GEOS 3.1 and up. Support for 256 or true color images has been added, several bugs and missing export features for text and vector graphics have been fixed. By generating a PostScript file from any GEOS application, high-quality color printouts are possible using either a PostScript capable laser printer or a software rasterizer like GhostScript (available for Windows, DOS, Linux) and any color inkjet printer supported by the destination OS. Conversion to PDF documents is also possible using GhostScript
