Please note, I charge US $12 per hour for the development and designing service and for full-time monthly salary basis work I expect US $1500 only.
I have 10 years + experience in software development and graphics development on Microsoft Platform, Web Technologies, Graphics Technologies. I have used multiple operating systems, Windows 95, 2000 and Silicon Graphics IRIX. 2D & 3D is also one of the parts of expertise. I have also extensively worked on Database designing in project development.
It is important to note task with modification, updating, bugs fixing, error handling' code should be open and readable format.

Payment:
? For small task (within 2 hours), payment should be made instantaneous on completion of project task
? For short-term task(s) (more than 2 hours), 50% payment in advance and 50% after the completion of task(s)
? For full-length projects, I charge 25% advance, 50% in middle of the project and 25% after testing
